Annual Report for New York City’s Transitional Finance Authority (TFA). We have worked in partnership with Creative Source, a multi-discipline design agency, on TFA’s annual reports in the years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
“The New York City Transitional Finance Authority (“The Authority”) is a public benefit corporation created in 1997 pursuant to the New York City Transitional Finance Authority Act. The Authority’s purpose is to fund a portion of the capital program of the City of New York (the “City”), including a portion of the City’s five-year educational facilities capital plan, to facilitate the finance program of the City, and to conduct its activities in an efficient and cost-effective manner.”
